This program will certify you to use the LIFO Method, a foundational performance improvement method that provides strategies for greater personal productivity, increased influence with key people, and more effective teamwork. Also an effective coaching tool, it serves as the core performance improvement technology for a broad range of applications that can be easily integrated into any leadership development program.

This program is an 8 week long blended learning experience. You will receive study materials and tools to help turn this information into wisdom.  The program includes all the materials you will need to train others. Each week you will attend a virtual session (phone / webinar). These sessions will focus on the core concepts, their meaning and application. Access to a Master Certified Trainer along with reading and learning activities between sessions support the objective of turning you into a qualified LIFO trainer.

Prerequisites

Although their is no required prerequisite for taking this certification course, it is recommended that you have completed The LIFO Personal Productivity Program to personally experience what your participants will be learning and experiencing.
